Summer is a busy time and I've been loving these nice frosty shakes in the heat. My weight loss has slowed, but the inches keep melting off especially in my hips. I've lost 35 pounds just from changing my eating habits, my energy is rebounding and I've finally been fiinishing big projects like my deck.

4 Months and 32 Lbs!
Another 2 pounds, bringing the total to 32 pounds lost at week 16. I've started adding a scoop of Isa Pro protein powder to my shakes to give a boost to my metabolism and it seems to be working. I've also lost 3 inches total this week. I love it.

15 Weeks & 30 Lbs
Today was a great cleanse day. Besides zen'ng on my day off, I got a call today for a job interview. Wow! After sending in lots of resumes, this last one got a nibble. I felt great going in, and got a favorable response. If I get the job it will be life changing.
Yet another pound is shed putting me at the 30 pound weight-loss mark. As I donned my new pair of slacks and favorite shirt, I was feeling pretty fantastic as I looked in the mirror. This week an inch and a half slimmer, three pant sizes, four shirt sizes and a size smaller bra. I feel so much better.
Cleanse days always amaze me. I'm never hungry and I don't have more than 160 to 200 calories the whole day.

13 Weeks 29 Pounds
Last week my weight loss was slowed to no pounds lost. I was not detered however, because I know I could have done better. Being that I don't get a lot of excercise, it seems that any little thing like a peice of fried chicken and two nasty Jo Jo's, and later in the week a Taco Bell bean and rice burrito with potatoes sticks around. But I got back to it this week and applied a little discipline and didn't have anything but fresh unfried food. I also got a little dancing in Sunday night, spending the evening with friends of Ted remembering the good times we all had dancing with him.
It's amazing, almost 30 pounds lost! Maybe next week I can claim that title?!
