Last week my weight loss was slowed to no pounds lost. I was not detered however, because I know I could have done better. Being that I don't get a lot of excercise, it seems that any little thing like a peice of fried chicken and two nasty Jo Jo's, and later in the week a Taco Bell bean and rice burrito with potatoes sticks around. But I got back to it this week and applied a little discipline and didn't have anything but fresh unfried food. I also got a little dancing in Sunday night, spending the evening with friends of Ted remembering the good times we all had dancing with him.
It's amazing, almost 30 pounds lost! Maybe next week I can claim that title?!
